See you soon !” This really too informal and ideally should be editable by the user. But if not then the wording should be more formal and reassuring that the client has just handed over his card details to a serious company. This current email would not reassure me, indeed I might think I had been scammed. Most of my new clients have never heard of Swikly. It should read something like this: “Dear Anthony, The pre-authorisation on your card has been accepted and the transaction has been completed. There is no need to write down the reference, just retain this email for your records. • Amount of your security deposit : €400.00 • Transaction reference is: 00DDDD / 99999 Swikly offers an online security deposit solution that does not debit your account. Your card has not been debited at this point. AMS Rentals will release your deposit if everything is in order after the end of your rental.. Kind regards Swikly” <- Or from a real person" Thank you.
